Maelstrom is going on tour and would love for you to follow along! Ricky, Kalila, Vic, Bo, Nevin, and Lazaro will be taking turns blogging their misadventures for the next two weeks at the Maelstrom website. We hope to see you there, and we'll try to answer comments and visit everyone here at CIC as time, gigs, and the law permit.

Also, it has just come to our attention that Marenya is inviting everyone to a picnic in her cave this weekend. It looks like we're going to be having a lot of fun this weekend! Thanks for the invitation, Marenya. Let us know if we should bring anything!

Shadow, don't overdo the beer, okay? I like it too, but just for the flavor and a mild buzz. Anything more can lead to trouble.
Especially at concerts. Especially with... succubi.

The tour is in West Texas, New Mexico, and parts of Southern Colorado. Small gigs, but we're getting our name out!
The tour roughly follows our author's vacation.
The tour sucks. But what can you expect with a human running it?
And we're all going to make the best of it, no matter what we think of it.
Right, Vic? Anyone else want to complain about it? At least you have gigs now. You couldn't get booked into a laundromat when I met you.

You know how back in the 80's Tiffany did that shopping mall tour? Know your audience, go where they are, all that?
Lots of people go to laundromats. Not to be sexist, but more women than men. Chicks dig vampires. And Bo, apparently. I think it could work for you. Just tell Bo it's a good place to meet girls and remind Vic that type O is the most prevalent in the US so there should be plenty at the laundromat. Plus most of them don't serve beer so if Shadow shows for the show you don't have to worry about the legal consequences. Win-Win.
Sounds like the werewolves all need to do a load of laundry, anyway.
Hey, I used to live in West Texas? Are you going to Lubbock? That's where I went to school. Be sure to check out Carlsbad Caverns! That was my fave place to visit... Vic would love it. It's full of bats.
I also loved hiking in Caprock Canyon State Park and Palo Duro Canyon State Park!
Ah, the memories. Grad school. Poverty. Freedom!
