What If... You Could Go Anywhere on Vacation?

Last April, I posed the question, “What if... you found yourself on a sinking ship?” Well, in an effort to be a bit more positive these days, I've thought of another “What If?” question worth asking my fellow authors and their characters.

About two weeks ago, I had the opportunity to visit Montana, Wyoming, and Yellowstone National Park for the first time in my life, and although it was technically a business trip, I relished the chance to see wild bison amid gushing geysers, take my first-ever snowmobiling trip, and glide across an ice-skating rink at night. Of course, as with most of my travels over the years, the trip only made me long to experience other destinations – preferably while on vacation with my husband. Not surprisingly for a travel writer, the list is rather long, ranging from Costa Rica to Scotland to New Zealand to Florence, Italy. Heck, I wouldn't mind seeing the Moon someday either!

So, what if you could go anywhere on vacation? Where would you venture first? Another country? Another planet? Another dimension?

Let your imaginations soar!
