In the northern hemisphere, spring officially began on March 20, and given the unseasonable warmth that's happening in many places, it wouldn't surprise me to learn that most people have already begun their annual spring cleaning. Admittedly, I haven't yet gotten around to streamlining the closets, sweeping dust bunnies off the ceiling, and scouring every nook and cranny, but the seasonal shift has made me wonder about the things with which I might be ready to part.
So, how would you embrace the act of spring cleaning? What items, interests, issues, or interferences would you like to expel from your life – if only to streamline your day-to-day existence and remove any unnecessary stress?
